RICHLAND COUNTY, SC — Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has released the identity of the individual who died as a result of an electric scooter vs. car crash that occurred on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
The incident took place at the intersection of Monticello Road and Ridgeway Street. The victim has been identified as Tracey F. Brown, 57, of Columbia, South Carolina.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this crash. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted.” Coroner Rutherford states.
