Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the body that was discovered at Alvin S. Glenn detention center in Columbia, SC on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as LaRoyal D. Harley, 20, of Gadsden, SC.
“We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this incident,” Coroner Rutherford states.
