Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the man whose body was discovered in the 3400 block of Bluff Road on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Xavier Jackson, 22, of Columbia, SC.
“We will continue working with the Columbia Police Department to fully investigate this incident.” Coroner Rutherford states.
