Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the victim whose body was recovered after a house fire in the 200 block of Burmaster Drive on Monday, August 24, 2026.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Randolph Dinkins, 66, of Columbia, SC.
“This is an active investigation and more details will be released as they become available. We will continue working with the Columbia-Richland Fire Department.” Coroner Rutherford states
