Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 1500 block of Chain Gang Road on Monday, June 30, 2025.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Dale Segura, 60, of Eastover, SC.
“We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this homicide.” Coroner Rutherford states
