Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the woman whose body was discovered after a shooting in the 2700 block of Decker Boulevard on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Ciauta Dunbar, 21, of Columbia, SC.
“We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this shooting.” Coroner Rutherford states.
