Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the victim of a single vehicle collision that occurred on Garners Ferry Road on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Kevin L. Haynes, 38, of Eastover, SC.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this collision.” Coroner Rutherford states.
