Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the names of the victims of a fatal crash that occurred at the intersections of Garners Ferry and Hazelwood Road on Saturday, December 28, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the first victim who was the male suspected shooter is identified as Antavius J. Brown, 36, of Columbia, SC.
The second victim who was fatally injured along with his dog is identified as Ryan B. Haman, 52, of Columbia, SC.
