RICHLAND COUNTY, SC — Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has released the identity of the individual whose body was discovered on Friday, March 20, 2026.
The incident took place in the 500 block of Harmon Road. The victim has been identified as Todd M. Hackett, 60, of Hopkins, South Carolina.
“We will continue working with the Columbia-Richland Fire Department to fully investigate this fire.” Coroner Rutherford states.
