Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the man whose body was discovered after a shooting at the Hedgefield Court on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as James R. Outland, 22, of Irmo, SC.
“We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this shooting.” Coroner Rutherford states.
