RICHLAND COUNTY, SC — Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is seeking the public’s help with any leads that will help identify human skeletal remains that were discovered. The remains were discovered on the evening of March 14, 2026 in a wooded area between Two Notch Road, Oakcrest Drive, and Interstate 77.
“We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to determine the identity of the deceased victim.” Coroner Rutherford states.
