Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the teenager whose body was discovered after a shooting in the 100 block of Hunting Avenue on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Jayen Gladden, 15, of Hopkins, SC.
“We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this shooting.” Coroner Rutherford states.
