Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the man whose body was discovered after a motorcycle vs. car accident on the northbound side of I-77 on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Robert T. Licata, 37, of Lugoff, SC.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this accident.” Coroner Rutherford states.
