Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the man that was killed by a tractor trailer early Saturday morning off I-20 near mile marker 79 in Richland County, on June 1, 2024.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Christopher D. Hagan, 38, of Lancaster, SC.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this accident,” Coroner Rutherford states.
