Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of the victim of a pedestrian vs. vehicle collision that occurred on I-20 near mile marker 74, on Friday, February 14, 2025.
According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim is identified as Tyrance Wise, 46, of Winnsboro, SC.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this collision.” Coroner Rutherford states.
