RICHLAND COUNTY, SC — Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has released the identity of the individual whose body was discovered after a fiery crash Thursday, April 9, 2026.
The crash took place on Vandoval Road in Richland County. The victim has been identified as Alma D. Davis, 76, of Hopkins, SC.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this crash.” Coroner Rutherford states.
The case remains under active investigation. Further details will be released as they become available.
